The more you stimulate your brain, the more you can reduce the risk of brain-related conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. There are many studies that show those who keep their brain stimulated have less chance of suffering from either of these or at least it slows the disease progression. Your brain likes to use what it knows, otherwise, this information can be lost. Reading and other activities such as chess, sudoku, and other puzzles can stimulate your brain each day.
